• We do not charge shipping nationwide. Please allow 2-7 working days for your order to be dispatched. Normally orders placed before 1 pm on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 1 pm will be shipped the next business day. Orders received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
  • Tax is included in pricing. Any other taxes or levies charged by the government or local bodies are to be borne by the customer. In the case of international shipping, customs and other duties are to be borne by the customer. Typically paid by the courier company and charged separately to you at time of delivery. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.
  • We do not ship our products outside of Malaysia at the moment. International shipping charges are not mentioned on our website.
  • Tracking: e-mail containing your package tracking information will be sent after shipment.

    • Cancellation of order within 6 hours without penalty, except the 4% Bank Charges
  • After placing an order, customer can only cancel the order if the order state is showing as “pending” under Order History. Cancellations have to be made within (maximum) 6 Hours of placing an order. For cancelling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email or WhatsApp giving your Order Number.
  • In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been “processed” by us, the order cannot be cancelled. Tokyo Megane Malaysia has the complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Tokyo Megane Malaysia and accept Tokyo Megane Malaysia decision regarding the cancellation.
  • In case of Gift Certificate. Gift Certificate will not be cancelled, the customer can demand for extension of expiry date within 3 days of purchase.

 

Cancellation of Order

  • Tokyo Megane Malaysia reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the customer and the customer shall be informed of the same.
  • If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the customer (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by Tokyo Megane Malaysia for re-delivery shall be claimed from the customer.
  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can Return any product(s) from Tokyo Megane Malaysia within 60 days of receiving your order.
  • A full refund is offered for the product(s) in an unused condition and with the original packaging from Tokyo Megane Malaysia.
  • All contact lenses and progressive prescription eyewear can only be returned if in unused and original condition. The lens must be unopened and in original condition.
  • All returns are inspected on arrival and a full refund will NOT be issued if the product(s) are not in new and original condition.
  • Please ensure that product(s) are returned to us via signed for delivery and a certificate of posting is obtained. We do not accept liability for any product(s) that are damaged in transit during the return process so please ensure that the packaging and delivery method are secure.
  • The shipping charges of your original order are non-refundable.
  • To get a replacement, email us your Order Number and the Reason for returning. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.
  • In the event that you receive defective contact lenses, please do not throw the lens away. Many manufacturers require the original defective lenses for a full return. If the lenses manufacturer agrees that the lenses are indeed defective, then we are able to issue a full refund.
  • Products perishable in nature: We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
    1. The item may be damaged during transit,
    2. or there might be a manufacturing defect,
    3. or that a wrong item is delivered to you.
  • In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement/return of item is made within the stipulated time-frame as given above. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.
